Longevio

Terms of use

Version of 2026-10-17

Longevio is provided by Digital One Technology Consulting Limited, 6-9 Trinity Street, Dublin 2, D02 EY47, Ireland. Contact: info@digital1.one.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16. One account per Digital One ID. Longevio is invitation-only: an account is opened from an invitation issued by the operator.

What Longevio is

Longevio is a personal analytics tool for your own data. It is not a medical device and it does not give medical advice.

Every figure it shows is measured, user-reported, calculated, evidence-supported or speculative, and each one is labelled. Longevio Age and Longevio Life Expectancy are models: arithmetic over published studies applied to your readings. They are not a diagnosis and not a forecast of your lifespan. No outcome is promised.

Decisions about your health stay with you and your doctor.

AI features

The coach is an AI system, and you are told so wherever it appears. It reads your record and nothing else. Anything it proposes is yours to apply or ignore. Your record reaches the AI provider only under the separate consent, which you can withdraw.

Your side

Keep your sign-in secure. Connect only accounts that are yours. Enter what is true — the analytics are only as good as the record. Do not try to identify anyone else from anything you see.

The shared catalogue

Products you add are private to you until the operator promotes an entry to the shared catalogue, with your notes removed. A shared entry carries no personal data and stays after you leave. Your schedules, notes, doses and readings are yours alone and are never shared.

Price and your consumer rights

Longevio is free of charge. No payment is taken.

Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content applies. Where you have a right of withdrawal, it runs for 14 days; by asking for access to start immediately you agree that performance begins during that period, and you acknowledge that the right is lost once the service has been fully supplied.

Availability

Longevio runs on one server. There is no service-level guarantee. Backups are taken as the privacy notice describes. Export your data before you close the account if you want to keep it.

Ending it

You can close the account yourself in the app at any time. The operator may close an account with reasonable notice to be confirmed: notice period. What happens to your data is set out in the privacy notice and in Your data and deletion.

Liability and law

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction; as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/odr.
