Every right in the privacy notice is a button in the app. This page says which one, and what it does.
Settings → Privacy → Export my record. One JSON file with every row that belongs to you.
Typed values: Settings, Trends → Measure, Stack, and the diary on Today. A reading that came from a device is corrected at the device, and the next sync brings the correction over.
Settings → Sources → Disconnect. The stored token is deleted and revoked at the vendor. A continuous Apple Health feed stops when you mint a new ingest key without using it, or delete the automation on your phone.
Settings → Privacy → withdraw the AI consent. The coach and product research stop. Conversations and saved notes can also be deleted one at a time in Settings → Coach.
One action, no typing: your health record is erased, connected sources are revoked, and your account and the consent record stay. You can consent again later and start fresh.
Settings → Privacy → Delete my account, confirmed by typing your email address. Every row that belongs to you and every token is deleted, and the deletion is recorded so that it is re-applied if a backup is ever restored; backups themselves fall out within 14 days. Your Digital One identity is separate and stays with Digital One. Shared catalogue entries, which carry no personal data, remain. Anything already sent to the AI provider falls out on that provider’s schedule.
There is no daily email. Longevio sent a readout of your own figures each morning until 15 September 2026; it was deleted, nothing replaced it, and the consent it ran on was withdrawn for every account that held one. The unsubscribe link in a message you may still have says the same and needs no sign-in. Your record is untouched.
Settings → Features & tracking → the seven-day tick switch. Nothing further is written for your account and the header shows nothing; the days already on file fall out within 90 days. Your record is untouched, and you can switch it back on at any time.
