Longevity in your pocket
Longevio brings your stack, your wearables and your labs together in one daily record: what you took, what you did, and what your body did next.
Invitation only. Send us a request and we'll set you up.
Longevio is a personal analytics tool for your own data. For anything medical, talk to your doctor.
01 / One record
Your stack, your devices and your labs, finally in the same record.
Supplements live in a spreadsheet. Sleep sits in one app, weight in another, and your last blood panel is a PDF in your email. Each of those can answer a question about itself, and none of them can answer a question that crosses two. Longevio keeps all of it as one dated record, so Tuesday's dose sits next to Wednesday's sleep. Your devices write in on their own.
Stack and medication
Products, doses, timing rules, and what fires today.
Devices
Connect once. They keep writing after that.
You
The things a device misses, in a few taps.

02 / Daily loop
Open it, tick what you took, and get on with your day.
The day opens on your Lifeline: where your two numbers stand and what moved them overnight. Underneath are the doses due today, already sorted into slots, already aware that today is a training day and this is an off week. Tick what you took. Rate the evening in four taps.
Skip what you skipped, and mean it. A skipped dose is a control day, and control days are exactly what makes a correlation trustworthy later. A perfect streak tells the engine much less than an honest one.
Overnight
Sleep, recovery, HRV, resting heart rate and weight land before you wake.
Through the day
Slots fire on their own schedule. You confirm or skip.
Evening
Energy, appetite, GI and mood, in well under a minute.
03 / The numbers
One says how old your body looks today. The other looks forward.
37.4
Longevio Age, against a chronological 41.0.
COVERAGE 68% · 12 OF 17 SCORED
86.2
Life expectancy in core mode, from a base of 79.8 in the national life table.
ARITHMETIC OVER PUBLISHED HAZARD RATIOS
Longevio Age is a weighted composite of what you have actually measured, scored against your own history and against age-referenced norms. Each input carries an evidence tier, and that tier decides how much the input can move the number. The card shows your coverage, so you can see how much of it rests on real measurement and where the gaps are.
Life expectancy starts from the official life table for your country and year of birth, then adds and subtracts using published hazard ratios — each one named on the card, rebased, and discounted by the same tier table. Core mode stops where replicated evidence stops. Frontier mode carries on into what researchers are still arguing about, and tells you whose bet each row is. It is arithmetic over other people's studies, and the card says so.
04 / Correlations
The engine tests what moves your numbers, against your own baseline.
A population study can tell you what magnesium does on average. Only your own repeated exposure can tell you what it does for your sleep. Longevio pairs exposures with outcomes at realistic lags, because Monday's sauna shows up in Wednesday's resting heart rate, and it corrects for the fact that it is testing hundreds of pairs at once.
Daily physiology repeats itself, so the intervals are computed on an effective sample size rather than a flattering one. When a pair is short of days, the app tells you how many more it needs and waits.

THREE PRODUCTS, ONE DAILY TOTAL · SIMULATED
05 / The stack
Every edit writes a new version and keeps the old one.
You set your routine once. Products carry their own rules for when they fire: time of day, day type, weekday, alternating weeks, rotation, cadence. Guards cap a compound across every product that contains it, so three products with magnesium in them add up to one daily total you can trust.
When you change something, the previous version stays in the record. That is what lets a correlation from March still mean something in September.
06 / Coach
Plain language in, your data back, with the evidence tier attached.
The coach already has your stack, your protocol history, your device series and your diary, so you can skip the explaining. It tells you what changed, what most plausibly drove it, and the one thing worth trying next — one thing, because ten changes at once leave you unable to say which one worked.
When the evidence is thin, it says so. When a question belongs to your doctor, it says that too.
Why is my HRV down this week?

07 / Evidence
Five labels, and one of them sits on everything the app says.
A label travels with the value everywhere it appears, and it keeps its own colour: a modelled number is drawn in violet wherever you meet it, so it always reads as modelled. That rule is also why the app will happily tell you a finding is weak — the honest answer is more useful than a confident one.
Your data stays yours. Export the whole record whenever you want, or delete the account and everything in it. Accounts are individual, and nobody browses your record.
Everything you need to know
No — Longevio is an analytics tool for your own data, and every number it shows carries a label saying how well supported it is. Anything to do with medication, supplements or symptoms belongs with your doctor. Where it earns its keep is as the thing you bring to that conversation: a clear record of what you took, what you did, and what happened next.
Both are modelled, and both are drawn as modelled. Longevio Age is a weighted composite of the metrics you have measured, where each input's evidence tier decides how much it can move the result, and old readings fade out. Life expectancy starts from the official life table for your country and birth year, then applies published hazard ratios that are named and tiered on the card. Core mode stops where replicated evidence stops.
One wearable and your current stack are enough to begin, and the coverage figure on the card tells you honestly how thin that still is. A blood panel, a blood pressure cuff and a few simple physical measurements will move it much further than another gadget. Rows that are waiting on data say what they are waiting for.
No, and it is better if you do not try. Devices write in on their own, and because doses are already scheduled, confirming a day takes seconds. A skipped dose is recorded as a control day, which is genuinely useful. Where days are missing, the app lowers its confidence and shows you that it has.
You, and no one else. Your data is never sold, never used to train third-party models and never shared with other users. Export the full record or delete the account whenever you like. Device connections are read-only links you authorise, and you can revoke them at the source at any time.
08 / Access
Set yourself up. It takes one sign-in.
You sign in with Digital One ID, accept the terms, and you are in. Everything after that — your devices, your stack, what you are trying to work out — is optional, saves as you go, and can be finished later. There is nothing to buy and no waiting list.
Longevio holds health data, so it asks for that separately and in plain words, on its own screen. You can withdraw it whenever you like: it erases the health record and keeps the account. The notice says exactly what is held and for how long.
Free while Longevio is small. No card, no trial clock.
