Longevio sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. The typefaces are served from Longevio’s own domains. Everything below is strictly necessary for a service you asked for, or remembers a choice you made; none of it needs your consent, and none of it is shared with anyone. No cookies and no storage. No analytics, no third-party fonts, no embedded content. The invitation form sends the email address you type to longevio.app and nothing else.
Six cookies, all set by the server: lv_session keeps you signed in for 30 days; lv_sso_state protects the sign-in round trip for 10 minutes; lv_return remembers for 15 minutes which screen to open after sign-in; lv_invite holds an invitation for 30 minutes while you sign in; lv_app_flow links the iPhone app to its sign-in sheet for 10 minutes; and longevio_pin, set only if you open /old, keeps that browser on the old app for a year or until you open /new.
Local storage on your device remembers your choices: the theme, the hints and Today cards you dismissed or snoozed, whether set-up shows its "why we ask" notes, whether the screen stays awake, whether notifications are off on this device, and which Trails test set comes next. It also keeps your unsent messages to the coach until you send them or sign out, and a hint that a session exists (not the session itself). Session storage holds two flags that stop a reload from repeating; they go when the tab closes.
The old app at /old keeps the same kinds of item under its own names. All of them are listed on the page in the app.
A service worker keeps the app shell and the two typefaces on your device so the app opens offline. It keeps no health data and no answer from the server: offline, the app shows empty placeholders, not old figures.
The app keeps its sign-in, its notification address and its sync positions in the iOS Keychain, on this device only. It keeps the same choices as the browser, and the tone files the measurement runners play.
The identity provider, Digital One ID, sets its own cookies on its own domain while you sign in. Longevio cannot read them.
